Estimates & Payment

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Additional issues discovered during testing may require revised pricing, which will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping components to ECU Tech Labs unless otherwise arranged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited to the repair or service performed and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, electrical faults elsewhere in the vehicle, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
